YIFA B&C carry out DIN 6701 & DIN 2304 certification audit in China under the supervision and cooperation of TBB^Cert. The training center conducts three levels of training in the field of adhesive bonding: EAE (European Adhesive Engineer), EAS (European Adhesive Specialist) and EAB (European Adhesive Bonder). YIFA B&C has the capability for bonding & composite project cooperation, customized training, CAE of bonding joint simulation and load capacity verification, process evaluation and testing DOE, certification consultation , composite design and CAE, and composite DOE, tests and other relevant technical services. YIFA B&C also provides composite training courses transferred from Fraunhofer IFAM in 2020, including Composite_M (Composite manufacturing) , Composite_R (Composite repair) and Composite_S (Composite specialist). 

YIFA Test Center has experienced adhesive bonding& composite testing experts who are familiar with various adhesive bonding and composite related test standards. YIFA Test Center were well equipped with testing and aging facilities and equipment according to din6701 & din2304 and other relative standards. YIFA Test Center has passed CNAS certification in 2019. Meanwhile, it has close cooperation with National Key Laboratories of bonding and composite technologies. YIFA TC has the capability to conduct bonding and composite related tests. YIFA B&C has a very strong and professional team, experts with doctoral and master's degree who graduated from famous universities in China and abroad. Those experts have many years of experience in adhesive bonding and can carry out the training of bonding & composite in both Chinese and English. By the end of 2021, YIFA B&C has trained more than 4000 participants, Served more than 300 customers, including CRRC, AVIC industry, CRSC, Mercedes Benz, FAW Volkswagen, BYD, Webasto, P & G Gillette, FOTILE, BSH, Dow Chemical, Henkel, BASF, 3M, Bostik, sika, etc. Served industries including: railway, automotive, home appliances, electronics, aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, wind energy, photovoltaic and adhesives. Participants from India, Malaysia, Singapore, Bahrain, Japan, Thailand and other countries and Taiwan area participated in the English EAS and EAB courses in YIFA B&C, and certificated by Fraunhofer IFAM. YIFA B&C has the only EAE / EAS / EAB Chinese examiner authorized by EWF-DVS. The smooth communication greatly improves the one-time pass rate of trainees.            

So far, there are nearly 20 OEMs and suppliers, maintenance plants (such as Changke, Sifang, tangche, Zhuji, Puzhen, Sifang Bombardier, Guangdong CRRC, Dalian Locomotive, Chengdu Locomotive, etc.) and more than 160 railway component suppliers (KTK, Kangni, Victall, Tiemao, Fuyao, Huada, Kangping, CLTR, Bode, Dalian Locomotive, Lince , Zhuzhou Times New Material, Jiufang equipment, Guangleng, JIAYE, etc.) have passed the certification audit by YIFA Bonding & Composite Training Center under the supervision and cooperation of TBB^Cert, and certificated DIN 6701 issued by TBBCert. Ningbo FOTILE and Qingdao Hilywill certificated DIN 2304 successfully by the support from YIFA B&C.
