Process verification

· Validate the adhesion of the adhesive to the actual bonding substrate and the aging resistance of the joint

· Validate if the bonded parts can meet the design expectations under the actual production conditions, especially with extreme process parameters

· Process verification during the production process for bonding projects that have completed joint design

· Prototype testing of new products or old products transferred to factory for production

· After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product quality and performance, process evaluation will be arranged

· After a product has been out of production for a long time, process assessment will be arranged when production is resumed
