It is an upgraded version of the DIN6701 series standards and is a comprehensive quality assurance specification for adhesive bonding of rail transit vehicles and their maintenance. This standard provides a framework for creating repeatable and simple bonding processes. The standard covers key aspects such as adhesive joint design, adhesive process planning, production and manufacturing, quality control, maintenance and repair, and procurement of adhesive parts.
The course is taught by Yifa professional lecturers with rich experience in adhesive use. In the morning, professional theories are taught, and in the afternoon, hands-on operations are carried out, combined with on-site visits and internships of adhesive production lines.
Through the training of this course, students can understand the nature and reasons for bonding operations and quality control, saving and controlling costs for enterprises in various aspects such as selecting adhesives, applying equipment, and processes correctly, controlling bonding quality, and avoiding the occurrence of defective products and accidents.
The course content and schedule will be jointly agreed upon by Yifa and the client.
Understand the design principles of adhesive joints, learn the design process and principles of adhesive joints, and the input basis and specific content of the requirement list. Learn the elements, basis, and methods of load condition analysis, as well as the factors that affect the performance of adhesive joint materials. Learn the method of dividing joint grades and verify and control quality according to grades. Master the different methods of calculating adhesive joints and learn to use different methods to design the dimensions of adhesive joints. Master the methods of obtaining various load-bearing capacity values of adhesives and adhesive joints through experimental methods, as well as statistical data processing methods such as characteristic values and reduction factors. Learn the basic ideas and methods for predicting the service life of adhesive joints.
