Introduction to training institutions and series of courses
Fraunhofer IFAM is the world's largest scientific research institution in the fields of adhesive technology, surfaces and composite materials. It is also an authoritative organization that earlier developed and promoted EN17460/DIN6701 and ISO21368/DIN2304 bonding standards. Its affiliated certification center TBBCert is authorized by the German Federal Railways EBA and the German certification management agency DAkkS to conduct EN17460/DIN6701 and ISO21368/DIN2304 certification worldwide and is an authoritative organization that issues EN17460/DIN6701 and ISO21368/DIN2304 certificates. Fraunhofer IFAM is also an authoritative organization authorized by EWF (European Welding and Bonding Society) and DVS-PersZert® (German Welding and Bonding Society) to carry out EN17460/DIN6701&ISO21368/DIN2304 related vocational and technical training (EAE, EAS, EAB). Composite material technology training (Composite-E, Composite-S, Composite-M, Composite-R) is a gold medal training course jointly developed by more than a dozen institutes under the Fraunhofer Institute.
Yifa Bonding and Composites Research Institute is the exclusive certification and training institution established by Fraunhofer IFAM in China. It conducts EN17460/DIN6701&ISO21368/DIN2304 certification audits, project support and consulting in China, and carries out EAE European Bonding Engineers and EAS certificates issued by Fraunhofer. Bonding training and examinations at the three levels of European Bonding Technician, EAB European Bonding Operator (European Bonding Operator), as well as training and examinations for Composite Manufacturing Composite_M, Repair Composite_R, and Technician Composite_S. Yifa also has self-developed special training courses related to customized bonding and composite material applications.
The series of composite materials courses are jointly taught by well-known German composite materials doctors and engineers and senior training instructors from Yifa. The content covers the entire process from fibers, resins, textile semi-finished products, prepregs, textile preforms to final products. The processes involved include hand lay-up, vacuum bag, vacuum infusion, RTM resin transfer injection molding, autoclave, pultrusion, and molding. Technology, etc., and provide special training for problems that arise in the product design process. Analytical calculations and numerical analysis are combined to facilitate students to systematically master composite material design methods. At the same time, this series of courses also provides a unique series of composite material maintenance courses, learning the maintenance of composite materials from the aspects of defect sources, identification and detection, and writing maintenance operation instructions. The course combines theory with practice, and half the time is spent on practical operations, allowing students to intuitively grasp various process details. German engineers answered questions throughout the process and helped students solve problems encountered during the production process. After passing the exam at the end of the course, you will be awarded an authoritative certification from Fraunhofer IFAM.
The testing center affiliated to Yifa Bonding and Composites Research Institute has CNAS qualifications and has a number of senior and experienced testing engineers, who can provide enterprises with professional and impartial process assessment and auxiliary design verification services.
Through professional technical training on composite materials, trainees can quickly establish a complete knowledge framework and master the core technical difficulties of different processes, which can be applied to the actual production of enterprises to greatly improve product quality and stability. At the same time, it can help companies quickly form a group of composite material technical teams with strong professional capabilities and high technical levels, which is of great significance for overcoming different technical problems. Enterprise competition is ultimately a competition for talents. Only by ensuring the continuous improvement of the knowledge and capabilities of enterprise talents can core technological advantages be established and enterprises remain invincible.
