EAB training content

The foundation of bonding technology enables students to understand the characteristics of the bonding process and attach importance to it in their work. Master the inherent relationship between the basic theoretical knowledge of adhesives and their practical applications, and be familiar with the operating points and key process parameters of various adhesives. Correctly understand the homework guidebook. By utilizing the knowledge acquired in the course, adhesive operators will be able to independently and professionally perform various adhesive related tasks and testing procedures.

EAS training content:

The principles and characteristics of the bonding process, the main components and curing mechanisms of various adhesives, the bonding performance of metals, plastics, rubber, composite materials, etc., the surface analysis methods and conventional surface treatment methods of substrates, the load (mechanical, physical, thermal, chemical, fatigue) analysis methods and design principles of bonding joints, the methods of adhesive selection and design verification and process evaluation, the requirements of bonding for relevant quality management systems and working environments, the methods of developing bonding process flow, and proficient in writing bonding operation manuals. Supervise and guide the daily operations of adhesive operators, promptly detect illegal production and abnormal operations, and ensure adhesive quality.

DVS ® - EWF European Adhesive Engineer - AE

EAE training content:

Full time eight week teaching, with a formal teaching time of 320 hours. A written test will be conducted after each weekly course, and an oral test will be conducted after all courses have ended.
