Changke Group's EN17460 adhesive system audit has been successfully passed

CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd., formerly known as Changchun Bus Factory, was founded in 1954 and was one of the key construction projects during the national "First Five Year Plan" period. It was restructured into a joint-stock company in March 2002. Changke Corporation has established three major product platforms for high-speed trains, railway passenger cars, and urban railway passenger cars. Based on these platforms, a series of new products have been developed, filling multiple domestic gaps.

CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. holds a pivotal position in the domestic bus industry and obtained DIN 6701 adhesive system certification under the audit of Shanghai Yifa New Materials Co., Ltd. in 2014. Through continuous cooperation between Changke Corporation and Yifa New Materials, the bonding system has been in operation for three cycles and 9 years. Changke Corporation has a total of 294 qualified personnel for bonding. Among them, there are 11 European adhesive engineers EAE, 63 European adhesive technicians EAS, and 220 European adhesive operators EAB.

As the earliest host factory in China to pass the DIN6701 bonding system, Changke Co., Ltd. upgraded its bonding system standards from DIN6701 to EN17460 in October 2023. It is the earliest host factory in China to upgrade its bonding system standards. During the audit process, the factory leaders attached great importance to the bonding system and welcomed the auditor of Yifa New Materials, stating that they will continue to attach importance to and improve the bonding system, and hope that the bonding system will safeguard the product quality of Changke Co., Ltd.
