Hunan CRRC Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is a national high-tech enterprise. It is also a reform demonstration unit newly established by CRRC Zhuzhou under the new round of state-owned enterprise double hundred reform opportunities. The company's main product is the intelligent rail express system, which was officially launched in 2017. The product was independently developed by the company and is the world's first. It has the characteristics of small infrastructure investment, short construction period, and flexible scheduling, providing an innovative low to medium capacity rail transit system solution that takes into account both operational capacity and cost advantages for public transportation. From November 2nd to November 3rd, 2023, according to the scheduled plan, Yifa Bonding & Composite Research Institute conducted an EN17460 adhesive system upgrade audit for Hunan CRRC Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. in the rail transit industry. The auditors from Yifa Bonding & Composite Research Institute conducted a detailed review of various fields related to bonding in accordance with the requirements of the new standards. During the audit process, a comprehensive review is conducted on the design, personnel qualifications, re education, contract review, process documents, process validation, on-site bonding operations, logistics and storage, supplier management, joint testing, quality assurance, and other aspects of adhesive joints for different products. During the audit, it was found that the company strictly adhered to the new bonding standards and implemented the bonding quality system in a standardized, clear, stable, and effective manner, from incoming materials to inspection, personnel training, operation procedures, and document execution. The implementation of the system requirements was very thorough. After nearly 2 days of review, all aspects of Zhixing Company's work meet the requirements of the new bonding standards and have successfully passed the EN17460 bonding system certification audit. It is worth mentioning that in this audit, in addition to the bonding system work, the attention and perseverance of Zhixing Company's product development, as well as the advanced layout of future development directions and technical routes, left a deep impression on the audit team teachers.
