On April 17, CRRC Dalian successfully passed the EN17460 bonding system A1 level certification. This is the first time the company has passed the A1 level certification in March 2021, and it has passed the certification renewal review again, marking that the company's bonding system has further matured and the bonding process has entered a stage of steady development.

This certification renewal audit was presided over by the auditor of Shanghai Yifa Adhesive Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., based on the EN17460 adhesive system standard requirements, combined with relevant documents and production site actual conditions, from product design, process verification, quality control, logistics warehousing and long-term Use assessment and other aspects to review. The experts fully affirmed the company's bonding system operation and talent team construction achievements in the past three years. The EN17460 bonding system has been implemented in place and the certification has been approved.

The European standard EN17460 for the bonding manufacturing of rails and their components was upgraded in October 2022 on the basis of the original German standard DIN6701. The DIN6701 series of standards is the first standard for quality assurance of bonded joints in the rail transit industry. After years of promotion and development, it has developed from an initial domestic standard in the Federal Republic of Germany to an international standard widely accepted by the global rail transit industry and its component bonding processes. In order to meet the high-end requirements of products, the company attaches great importance to the construction of bonding process capabilities, and carries out bonding system improvement and talent team training in accordance with EN17460 standards. Currently, the company has 5 European Bonding Engineers (EAE) qualifications, There are 34 technicians (EAS) qualified and 50 European operating technicians (EAB) qualified. In 2024, on the basis of professional training for bonding personnel, the company will also add new training programs such as bonding design calculation and verification, composite material manufacturing and implementation of the new EN17460 standard, to carry out comprehensive and diversified promotion and application of new bonding technologies.
