1. Preface

The correct use of new materials, composite materials and bonding processes is crucial, and bonding and composite materials professionals are a top priority. Since 2009, Yifa Bonding and Composites Research Institute has joined hands with Germany's Fraunhofer IFAM to take the lead in promoting the specialization and standardization of bonding technology in China, introducing Fraunhofer European Bonding Operators (EAB), European Bonding Technicians (EAS), European Adhesive Engineer (EAE) training course. Subsequently, Fraunhofer composite manufacturing Composite_M, repair Composite_R, and technician Composite_S training courses were introduced. Yifa has introduced advanced foreign technologies into the country, trained a large number of professionals, helped companies improve the reliability and stability of bonding from the perspective of quality management systems, and cultivated professional technical talents for new material applications for companies.

For more than ten years, Yifa Bonding and Composites Research Institute has introduced EN17460/DIN6701 and DIN2304 bonding quality standards into China, guiding the Chinese industry's bonding system to be established from scratch in an orderly and vigorous manner, providing many enterprises and even industries with The world has brought ground-breaking changes in the quality system of glue! Yifa has held the "Bonding Day" conference since 2016, with the theme of Bonding & Composite material applications.
