Yifa Testing Center has established a complete set of testing and aging test equipment based on standards such as EN17460 (formerly DIN6701), DIN2304, ISO21368, GB/ISO/EN/ASTM, etc. Conduct type test verification, process evaluation, incoming inspection/accompanying experiments, failure mode/adhesion anomaly analysis, etc. for adhesive design. Yifa Testing Center can provide customers with professional, impartial, and objective testing reports and process evaluations related to bonding and composite materials. At the same time, Yifa provides scientific research project support for enterprises, including simulation calculation and load-bearing capacity verification of adhesive joints, composite structure design and calculation, production process development, substrate surface treatment and adhesive selection, and standard interpretation.

Nearly 30 domestic rail transit manufacturers and their subsidiaries, maintenance plants, and more than 280 rail transit component factories have passed the certification audit of Yifa and successfully obtained EN17460/DIN6701 qualifications. CRRC Electric Vehicle, Times New Materials, Liangrui Technology, Dongguan Yonghu Composite Materials, Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy, Ningbo Fangtai, Qingdao Hailiwei, and others were the first to obtain DIN2304 qualifications.
